Talent Function is a consultancy whose mission is to facilitate the evolution of the corporate staffing function. Talent Function helps staffing leaders and solution providers to deliver results for their clients. Talent Function combines project-based consulting with executive coaching services to address the people, practices, and software that make up the Talent Acquisition function.

Talent Function measures itself by the degree to which its clients are viewed as leaders. We believe that the best way to deliver value for our clients is to focus on Talent Acquisition domain and to offer coaching with our consulting services. Our clients rely on our market knowledge and experience when they are implementing a new strategy. Consulting advice; however, is limited in its impact. Coaching leadership and teamwork often offers the greatest leverage for improving the results of the function. Inherent in our approach is a focus on the career progression of our clients.

We work the business executives that are responsible for delivering staffing results for large, global organizations. We work with leaders that are looking to evolve their talent acquisition platform. A common challenge would be a desire to replace, optimize, or re-implement their recruitment software. Another example would be a client that wants to develop a strategy to address an emerging trend - such as the emergence of social media platforms. We also work with staffing leaders who have recently been promoted to roles that require greater leadership.
