Vice President of Consulting Solutions Assumes New Leadership Role in Midst of Rapid Corporate Growth

Former president and founder of Talent Function, Elaine Orler, will assume the role of CEO.
Knight’s expertise has helped companies across multiple industries optimize their processes and strategies and function more efficiently, and he is lauded by clients for his attention to change management, training and customer service. Since joining Talent Function in 2013, Knight has successfully overseen the formulation and execution of the company’s consulting business strategies. He has also developed and led the teams responsible for designing and delivering the company’s unrivaled consulting solutions. Beginning his career in corporate recruitment and contingent staffing in 1996, Knight specializes in the areas of project management, systems implementation and optimization, service delivery, market and solution education, and vendor management.
