Great recruiting organizations lead their managers explicitly and implicitly through the recruitment process. In this workshop, we will uncover and share both the art and the science of mastering client management. The goal is to shift the role of the recruiting professional from service-provider to executive talent coach.

To guarantee that participants get the very highest return on their investment of time and money, we are carefully crafting a learning environment that goes beyond “tell and sell”. We balance information sharing with hands-on learning; tips and tools with interactive exercises. We will present the material through applied exercises and group discussion — all designed to bring performance to the next level.
