With over 20 years of human resource system consulting experience, Tracey Middlemas specializes in Talent Acquisition process, strategy and technology. As consultant with Talent Function since 2009, Tracey guides her clients to enhance, improve and build upon the recruiting system and processes they’ve invested in or to completely re-imagine their strategy end to end to achieve their ultimate hiring goals. Specializing in future state process redesign, technology implementation and optimization, system integrations, and project management, she has worked with numerous global, Fortune 100 clients. Tracey manages the details of multiple work streams while partnering with leadership to ensure project success.
Prior to her experience with Talent Function, Tracey developed the insight necessary to work with some of the world’s top employers in her previous roles where she served as a Business Systems Analyst, Project Manager and Technical Consultant. She has held several services and consulting positions with industry vendors where she found a strong ability to act as a translator between the functional and technical teams. Early in her career, Tracey found her passion for Talent Acquisition when she took a role in recruiting and advanced to manage the recruiting team while serving as the project lead for the company’s global PeopleSoft implementation.
Tracey has deep technology experience with Jobvite, IBM Kenexa BrassRing and is a preferred consulting provider for Avature ATS, CRM, Campus Recruiting and Event Management modules.
