Leveraging a background in project consulting and product implementations, Sherri provides clients with the expertise to achieve business results through optimization of their systems and processes. Her primary expertise is in talent acquisition technology assessments/transformations including: vendor evaluations, technology audits, system optimizations, and process re-engineering. Sherri also has in-depth experience in system integrations and data mapping, aligning key data requirements to clearly define success metrics, training development, and strategic change management. She has more than a decade of strong project management experience, overseeing multiple work streams, and leading successful sub-teams.
Drawing on her technology experience, Sherri works closely with clients throughout all stages of a new technology implementation, from vendor selection and RFP bridging communication, processes and business goals across diverse internal teams and overseeing new solution implementations. In addition to her work with Talent Function, Sherri has worked extensively with Intuit, providing service delivery and project management expertise during their implementation of Taleo Enterprise Recruiting and integration with Taleo Performance. Sherri also provided principal business systems analyses for Intuit’s enterprise SuccessFactors Learning Management System and various customized Talent Acquisition applications. Focusing on Agile methodology and development, she provided technology-related consulting, subject matter and technical expertise within each scrum team that improved existing HR applications and developed new ones leveraging the Force.com platform. This ensured the best solution and support to optimize the company’s workforce experiences. Other system experience includes, but not limited to, Workday, Avature, PageUp People, SmashFly, Business Objects, Lumeria, JIRA, ServiceNow, and other post-hire and support systems. Sherri is ICAgile certified.
