Mary officially joined Talent Function in 2019, although her first introduction was as a client when her organization partnered with Talent Function to select and implement a new recruiting and onboarding platform, re-visioning and transforming their talent acquisition landscape. Mary has a strong passion for people and believes in launching the right tools and processes to deliver organizational results, while recognizing the ultimate impact on the human side of the equation. She takes a strategic approach to envisioning the end-to-end process, easily sees connectivity and integration, and enjoys working with the team to design the ultimate solution for their specific goals. She recognizes there is no one solution to fit everyone and truly enjoys the discovery process.
Her career has spanned multiple roles in a variety of companies, from Fortune 200 companies to not-for-profit and non-profit, and as a consultant to small and medium companies. She is able to scale big company process to smaller entities while focusing on the candidate experience, and optimization for talent acquisition teams and hiring managers. Her deep understanding of the impact of finding the right solution, from selection and negotiation, to design and configuration for optimal processes, and end-user readiness, ensures she remains focused on successful solution implementation.
