With over a decade of experience in the HR, talent acquisition and recruiting technology fields, Ashley is a consultant dedicated to assisting companies with developing automated recruiting functions. She helps clients minimize pain points and bottlenecks, improve communications, streamline their processes and build sustainable solutions that can evolve as business needs change over time. Ashley guides clients throughout the full project spectrum, from RFP and pricing negotiations, to system implementation, testing, training and go-live, all the while ensuring that clients implement the solution in full alignment with their needs. She considers her ability to relate to clients, understand their needs and fight for their cause among her many strengths.
Prior to joining Talent Function, Ashley started her career as an SAP consultant with Capgemini. In this role, she helped clients fully implement their SAP solutions and gained a solid background in SAP technology. Following this role, she worked for AspireHR, Inc., where she helped clients to build out and configure their technology and further developed her expertise in both the people and technology sides of the implementation equation. Throughout her career, Ashley has also worked on vendor selection, change management, implementation and recruiting process re-engineering projects.

So many times, an implementation can seem overwhelming with all the change and unknowns. I work hard to illuminate the plan and guide my clients every step of the way. Developing transparency between the IT organization and the HR team is what I do best – I speak both ‘languages,’ which helps eliminate communication barriers and ultimately serves as a catalyst for the project’s success.”
