Tracey joined Talent Function in 2009, bringing with her more than two decades of software development experience. Today, Tracey specializes in Talent Acquisition technology implementation and optimization, helping clients build upon their investments. She guides clients to envision their ideal future state process, teams and systems while partnering with them to achieve their larger business goals.
Prior to Talent Function, Tracey held several titles including senior consultant, business systems analyst and technical consultant, developing the insight and experience necessary to work with some of the world’s top employers. She got her start at desktop publishing software company, Quark, where Tracey advanced to manage six recruiters and served as the main consultant for the company’s global PeopleSoft implementation. After working for several of the top vendors in Talent Acquisition, Tracey began an independent consulting career at Prosys Consulting Group, Inc. in 2007 and Aquifer Consulting in 2008.
Tracey’s recent work includes the implementation of a global candidate relationship management (CRM) solution for an international management consulting firm where Talent Function has helped create an events module specific to the company’s needs worldwide. She has deep expertise with Avature’s ATS, CRM and event scheduling solutions, helping Talent Function achieve preferred implementation partner status.
