Recently promoted to Senior Partner, Sherri joined Talent Function in 2010. Sherri provides clients with the expertise needed to optimize their systems and processes, focusing on talent acquisition vendor evaluation, process re-engineering, full lifecycle ATS implementations, training development, strategy and change management coordination. Drawing on her technology background, Sherri works closely with clients throughout all stages of implementation, from vendor selection and RFP to helping bridge communication, processes and business goals across diverse internal teams and overseeing new solution implementations.
In addition to her work with Talent Function, Sherri worked extensively with Intuit. In that role, Sherri handled service delivery and project management during the company’s implementation of Taleo Enterprise Recruiting and integration with Taleo Performance, in addition to business systems analysis supporting their SuccessFactors Learning Management System and other Talent Acquisition applications. Focusing on Agile methodology and development, Sherri offered technology-related consulting, subject matter and technical expertise within each scrum team, improving existing HR applications and developing new ones leveraging the Force.com platform, ensuring the best solution and support for the company’s workforce experiences.
Sherri was also principal consultant and co-owner of Ipathia, Inc. During this time, she developed applications, including survey-based platforms, data collection software and reporting solutions, serving as project manager for clients and bridging the gap between functional and technical development teams. Earlier in her career, Sherri managed the HR department for a retail organization, where she helped to develop a point of sale application for the company. Her experience with project management extends back more than 30 years, when she managed large-scale events, tradeshows, conferences and facility relocations for Uniplex Software, Inc.
Recently Sherri worked with the recruiting teams at AbbVie, a pharmaceutical organization, on a full process and technology audit of their Oracle/Taleo ATS with Workday HRIS, including a Talent Acquisition technology configuration diagnostic, facilitation of an onsite workshop and a detailed optimization roadmap. She also guided the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in the planning and configuration of their global interview process and Sysco in the optimization of their Talent Acquisition process and technology optimization services.
