Leveraging a background in project consulting, product implementations and change management, Sherri Coulter provides clients with the expertise to achieve results through optimization of their systems and processes. Her primary expertise is in the areas of talent acquisition vendor evaluation, process re-engineering, full lifecycle ATS implementations, training development, strategy and change management coordination. She is also experienced in managing multiple work streams, organizing and leading successful sub-teams and tracking to detailed, master project plans.
Drawing on her technology experience, Sherri works closely with clients throughout all stages of a new technology implementation, from vendor selection and RFP, to helping bridge communication, processes and business goals across diverse internal teams and overseeing new solution implementations. In addition to her work with Talent Function, Sherri has worked extensively with Intuit, providing service delivery and project management expertise during their implementation of Taleo Enterprise Recruiting and integration with Taleo Performance, as well as business systems analysis supporting their SuccessFactors Learning Management System and other Talent Acquisition applications. Focusing on Agile methodology and development, she provided technology-related consulting, subject matter and technical expertise within each scrum team that improved existing HR applications and developed new ones leveraging the Force.com platform, ensuring the best solution and support to optimize the company’s workforce experiences.
Sherri was also principal consultant and co-owner of Ipathia, Inc., during which time she developed applications, including survey-based platforms, data collection software and reporting solutions, serving as project manager for clients and bridging the gap between functional and technical development teams. Earlier in her career, she managed the HR department for a retail organization, where she helped to develop a point of sale application for the company. Sherri’s experience with project management commenced in the 1980s, when she managed large-scale events, tradeshows, conferences and facility relocations for Uniplex Software, Inc.
