A senior consultant with Talent Function since September 2011, Janine Woodworth has managed and facilitated large-scale recruiting projects for the company’s global clients. In addition to project management, Janine has provided recruiting technology design consultation as well as current-state/future-state analysis and recommendation. Helping employers update their HR technology to suit the needs and requirements of their organizations, Janine has also developed robust talent acquisition systems and processes to streamline practices, discover new efficiencies, and help Talent Function’s customers enhance both the recruiter and candidate experiences while strengthening employment brand and attracting quality talent.

A strong proponent of social recruiting, Janine has helped organizations with their recruitment branding, marketing and social media for a number of years. Earlier in her career, she was senior manager of Candidate Generation and Recruitment Branding at Brocade, where she developed and managed a candidate generation strategy, enhancing Brocade’s employment brand over the web and social media channels to attract and recruit top talent. Previously, Janine was senior manager of Recruiter Operations for Sun Microsystems, where she managed a global implementation of the VirtualEdge applicant tracking system and redesigned the company career website to facilitate Sun’s employment brand.

Janine earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from California State University, Hayward and a Master of Business Administration from San Jose State University.

She has most recently worked on the future state design and implementation of SmashFly Talent Network at CDW. She was also Project Manager over the role realignment and recruitment centralization initiatives with Wells Fargo Bank. She has developed Vendor Matrixes where she has evaluated vendor recruiting technology offerings, including: Talent Networks & Communities, Candidate Relationship Management, Digital Interviewing, and Mobile.
