A hands-on recruiting industry pro, Janine Woodworth designs, manages and accelerates large-scale recruiting projects. Drawing on her background as a recruiting leader, Woodworth works with Talent Function clients, including several Fortune 50 companies, to optimize their technologies, developing the robust talent acquisition systems and processes that streamline practices and help them uncover new efficiencies. Since joining Talent Function in 2011, her accomplishments include recruiting workflow design and technology implementations as well as current-state analysis and future-state recommendations.
Most recently, Woodworth worked on the future state design and implementation of Jobvite ATS & Onboarding modules for Blizzard Entertainment, Avature CRM at Autodesk, SmashFly Talent Network for CDW and SmartRecruiters ATS for Insitu. She also performed current state and candidate experience audits at CVS Health; managed role realignment and recruitment centralization initiatives for Wells Fargo Bank; created the test scripts and oversaw user acceptance testing for global Kenexa ATS implementation at Pepsico; and facilitated future state process discussions and developed final future state process workflows and requirements documentation for Microsoft.
An expert in the recruiter and candidate experiences, under Woodworth’s guidance clients are able to strengthen their employer brands and attract quality talent. Leveraging her extensive industry experience, Woodworth also develops much-sought after recruitment technology market guides and resources that provide deep insight into recruitment marketing, candidate relationship management, digital interviewing, mobile and more.
Earlier in her career, Woodworth was senior manager of Candidate Generation and Recruitment Branding at Brocade, where she developed and managed a candidate generation strategy, enhancing the company’s employment brand to attract and recruit top talent. She was senior manager of Talent Acquisition Operations for Sun Microsystems, where her work included a global implementation of the VirtualEdge applicant tracking system and redesign of the company career website to facilitate Sun’s employment brand. Woodworth earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources degree from California State University, Hayward and her MBA from San Jose State University.
