With Talent Function since 2011, Janine Woodworth manages and facilitates large-scale recruiting projects. These include recruiting technology design and implementation consultation as well as current-state analysis and future-state recommendations. Janine helps Talent Function clients optimize their recruitment technologies, developing robust talent acquisition systems and processes that streamline practices, discover new efficiencies and enhance both the recruiter and candidate experiences while strengthening employment brand and attracting quality talent. A proponent of social recruiting, Janine has several years of experience helping organizations with their recruitment branding, marketing and candidate generation.
Leveraging her extensive experience, Janine actively develops Talent Acquisition Technology Capability Guides for recruitment technologies including Recruitment Marketing, Talent Communities, Candidate Relationship Management, Digital Interviewing and Mobile.
Most recently, Janine worked on the future state design and implementation of Jobvite ATS & Onboarding modules for Blizzard Entertainment, Avature CRM at Autodesk, SmashFly Talent Network for CDW and SmartRecruiters ATS for Insitu. She also performed current state and candidate experience audits at CVS Health, and project managed role realignment and recruitment centralization initiatives for Wells Fargo Bank.
Earlier in her career, Janine was senior manager of Candidate Generation and Recruitment Branding at Brocade, where she developed and managed a candidate generation strategy, enhancing the company’s employment brand to attract and recruit top talent. Previously, Janine was senior manager of Talent Acquisition Operations for Sun Microsystems, where she managed a global implementation of the VirtualEdge applicant tracking system and redesigned the company career website to facilitate Sun’s employment brand.
Janine earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources degree from California State University, Hayward and Master of Business Administration from San Jose State University.
