Tracey Middlemas
Senior Consultant
With 18 years of software development experience, Tracey Middlemas specializes in project management for optimization projects and process work. A senior consultant with Talent Function Group since 2009, Tracey assists her clients with vendor selection, with a focus on recruiting software and recruiting process redesign. Working globally, Tracey helps clients enhance, improve and build upon the systems and processes in which they’ve invested; guides them to envision the future state of their talent management practices; and helps them achieve their larger business goals. Additionally, she is an expert in applicant tracking systems implementation and takes pride in transforming businesses’ greatest pain points into real opportunities.
Prior to her experience at Talent Function, Tracey developed the insight necessary to work with some of the world’s top employers in her previous roles at Vurv Technology (Recruitmax) and Jobster, where she served as a senior Consultant/Business Systems analyst. Earlier in her career, Tracey was a technical consultant for PeopleSoft, where she performed customization work for its client’s global system upgrade. She began her career at Quark, where she quickly moved from tech support to an analyst and evangelist role, promoting the company’s new products. At Quark, Tracey advanced to manage six recruiters and served as the main consultant for the company’s global PeopleSoft implementation.
A knowledgeable and experienced talent management systems specialist, Tracey began an independent consulting career at Prosys Consulting Group, Inc. in 2007 and Aquifer Consulting in 2008.
